If the fit isn’t right on your first apparel order, email support@camohq.com within 14 days with your order # and item link, and we’ll issue a 100% store credit for one garment so you can reorder the correct size (you may keep/donate the original; a return may be required). Exclusions include swimwear, underwear, face coverings/neck gaiters, and personalized items.

How do I pick my size?

Use the size chart on each product page and compare those measurements to a similar garment you already own, measured flat.

Can you recommend a size for me?

We can’t reliably recommend sizes—there are too many variables (cut, fabric, vendor). Please rely on the listed measurements and your own garment comparisons.

Do items fit the same across products?

No. Fit varies by style and fabric. Always check the size chart on each product page.

Do any styles run small or large?

Athletic hoodies run smaller (trim/athletic fit)—consider sizing up. Hawaiian/button shirts are intentionally relaxed/boxy—many customers size down for a trimmer look.

Which items fit “true to size”?

Performance pieces (our jersey-based products) fit true to size; we’ve validated these in-house.

I’m between sizes—what should I do?

If measurements fall between sizes, consider sizing up for comfort or your preferred ease.

How do I measure correctly?

Lay a similar garment flat and measure chest (armpit to armpit, then double), length (shoulder to hem), and sleeve as shown on the product chart.
