How long does it take to receive my order?
Most CAMO HQ products are made to order after your purchase is placed.
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- Europe shipping: 3–10 business days after production
- Other international destinations: 7–21 business days after production
Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Are estimated delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Delivery dates shown at checkout, on order-status pages, or through tracking services are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery appointments.
Production delays, carrier conditions, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, and local delivery conditions may affect the final delivery date.
Customers ordering for trips, reunions, holidays, tournaments, historical events, or other deadlines should place their orders well in advance.
Where do CAMO HQ orders ship from?
CAMO HQ products are fulfilled through trusted production partners located primarily in the United States, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and Asia.
Many European and international orders are fulfilled from Latvia. A limited number of specialty products may ship from an Asia-based production partner.
The fulfillment location may vary depending on the product, size, color, availability, and shipping destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. CAMO HQ ships to many countries worldwide.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal service, carrier availability, and regional restrictions.
Are customs duties or import fees included?
Unless specifically stated at checkout, international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or local delivery fees required by their country.
CAMO HQ does not control these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be assessed.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is not currently available for most CAMO HQ products. Because most items are made to order, production time is required before shipment and cannot usually be expedited.

Do you offer free shipping?
CAMO HQ occasionally offers free shipping during special promotions or limited-time sales.
Free shipping is not always available and may require a minimum purchase amount, an eligible destination, or a promotional code. Current shipping offers and requirements will be shown on the website or at checkout.
Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
Some orders contain products made at different production facilities. When this happens, items may ship separately and arrive on different days.
You may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number. This is normal and does not necessarily mean anything is missing from your order.
What happens if my package is delayed in transit?
Carrier delays may occur after an order leaves the production facility.
Tracking updates can pause while a package moves between shipping hubs, countries, customs facilities, or local carriers. A temporary pause in tracking does not automatically mean the package is lost.
CAMO HQ will help review the available tracking information and determine whether additional action is appropriate.
What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
Packages may be returned because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- An unclaimed package
- Refusal of delivery
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customs issues
- Failure to pay required import fees
- Carrier restrictions
Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when the address entered at checkout was incorrect or the package was refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed.
Am I responsible for entering the correct shipping address?
Yes. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please verify the street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, and country before submitting your order.
CAMO HQ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages delivered according to the address provided with the order.
Can you guarantee delivery for a specific event or date?
No. Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
CAMO HQ cannot accept responsibility for missed trips, reunions, holidays, ceremonies, tournaments, reenactments, or other events caused by production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or incorrect address information.
Please order well in advance when purchasing for a time-sensitive event.
