Order Processing & Fulfillment

All CAMO HQ products are made to order. Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed and generally takes 3–7 business days before shipment. Production times may vary based on product type, order volume, or operational conditions.

Orders are fulfilled through a network of third-party production and fulfillment partners located in multiple regions worldwide.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times provided at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal volume.

CAMO HQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders are routed to the nearest available fulfillment partner to improve delivery speed and reliability. Fulfillment locations may include, but are not limited to, facilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Brazil, and Japan.

Exact fulfillment locations may vary by product, size, color, and availability. Customers must follow the shipping and return instructions included with their order or packing slip.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by CAMO HQ.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes associated with their order.

CAMO HQ does not guarantee that international shipments will be exempt from such fees.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must contact CAMO HQ promptly so we may assist with a carrier inquiry. CAMO HQ is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped once the address is corrected. Additional reshipping fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after placement. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. Customers should contact support as soon as possible if changes are requested.
