How long does it take to receive my order?
Most CAMO HQ products are made to order after your purchase is placed.

Where do you ship from?
CAMO HQ products are fulfilled through trusted production partners in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Many European and international orders are fulfilled from Latvia. A limited number of specialty products may ship from our Asia-based production partner.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. CAMO HQ ships worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier service.
Are customs duties or import fees included?
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local delivery charges required by their country.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click View Your Order in that email to see real-time tracking updates. If you created an account, you can also log in to view your order status.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment. Updates can also pause while packages are moving between facilities. If tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us.
My package says delivered, but I don’t see it. What should I do?
Please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, family members, apartment offices, mailrooms, or building management. Some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before the final drop-off. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact CAMO HQ support.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because most CAMO HQ products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change-of-mind purchases, or ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return one.
However, we understand that first-time buyers may have sizing concerns. If this is your first CAMO HQ order and you purchased one item, contact us if there is a sizing issue. While we cannot guarantee an exchange, we will do our best to work with you on your first order.
We will gladly assist with:
- Defective products
- Printing errors
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
- Eligible first-time sizing concerns
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering. Since most items are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. First-time buyers who purchased one item may contact us, and we will do our best to work with you when possible.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect, printing error, or incorrect item.
Products & Sizing
Is CAMO HQ tactical gear?
No. CAMO HQ apparel is designed as camouflage-inspired leisure, athletic, and lifestyle wear. Our jersey and performance products use durable fabrics suitable for training, outdoor activity, airsoft, paintball, fitness, and everyday wear, but they are not military-issued tactical equipment.
Are your products durable?
Yes. Many CAMO HQ products use performance fabrics designed for movement, training, outdoor recreation, and everyday use. Durability varies by product type, so please review each product description before ordering.
Will colors match exactly between products or orders?
No. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed between products, fabrics, or production runs. Minor shade differences are normal and may occur because of different fabric types, dye lots, printing methods, separate production runs, and normal aging or wear of materials.
Color variation is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Will my item look exactly like the product photo?
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor settings, brightness, fabric type, and printing method. Actual products may vary slightly from online images.
Production & Fulfillment
Why are CAMO HQ products made to order?
Each item is produced after your order is placed. This allows CAMO HQ to offer a wide range of camouflage patterns while reducing waste, overproduction, and unnecessary inventory.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are generally no longer possible.
Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
Some orders are fulfilled from different production facilities. If this happens, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing from your order.
Where are CAMO HQ products made?
CAMO HQ products are manufactured through a network of trusted production partners located primarily in the United States, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and Asia. The country of manufacture varies by product type, availability, and fulfillment location.
Payments & Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
CAMO HQ accepts most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available payment methods may vary by country.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. CAMO HQ uses secure, encrypted payment processing through trusted payment providers. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and corrected address. If the order has not entered production or shipment, we will do our best to update it. Once an order ships, address changes are usually no longer possible.
Products & Future Product Requests
Will CAMO HQ make BDU uniforms?
We receive this question frequently from customers who would like to see our camouflage patterns offered on traditional military-style uniforms such as BDUs, ACUs, combat shirts, and tactical field apparel.
At this time, CAMO HQ does not offer BDU uniforms or military-grade tactical uniforms. Our current product line focuses on camouflage-inspired apparel, athletic wear, jerseys, hoodies, jackets, leggings, bags, and lifestyle products featuring historical, modern, and custom camouflage patterns.
We understand there is strong interest in seeing many of our camouflage designs available on traditional field uniforms, and we continue to evaluate future product opportunities based on customer demand.
Can I request a new camouflage pattern?
You may contact us with camouflage pattern suggestions. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee that every requested pattern will be produced, but customer interest helps guide future CAMO HQ product development.
