📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to get my order?

Most CAMO HQ products are made to order.

  • Production time: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after production
  • Europe (fulfilled from Latvia): 3–10 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through trusted production partners in the United States and Europe. Many international orders are fulfilled from Latvia. A very small number of specific items may ship directly from our Asia-based partner.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. CAMO HQ ships worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.


📦 Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click “View Your Order” in that email to see real-time tracking updates.

If you created an account, you can also log in to view your order status.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate. Updates can pause while packages are in transit between facilities. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact support.

My package says delivered but I don’t see it.

Check around your delivery area, with neighbors, or building management. Some carriers mark packages delivered slightly before the final drop-off. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because most items are made to order, returns are limited to defective or misprinted products. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our full return and exchange policy here.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Since items are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns for size exchanges unless there is a production error. In some cases, we may make exceptions. See our full return and exchange policy here.


👕 Product & Sizing

Is this tactical gear?

No. CAMO HQ apparel is designed as leisure and athletic wear inspired by historic and modern camouflage patterns. Our jersey products use durable performance fabrics suitable for training and intense outdoor activity.

Are your products durable?

Yes. Select products, including jerseys and athletic wear, use performance fabrics engineered to withstand movement, training, and intense outdoor conditions.

Will colors match exactly between products or orders?

No. We do not guarantee exact color matching between items.

Color variation is a natural and unavoidable part of textile production. Fabrics are produced in dye lots, and even when using the same pattern and design, slight differences in color can occur between batches due to:

  • Different fabric types and materials
  • Separate production runs and print processes
  • Dye lot variations
  • Normal aging and wear of materials over time

This is not unique to CAMO HQ—no manufacturer can guarantee identical color across different items unless they are produced in the exact same dye lot at the same time.

While most of our products are very close in appearance, minor shade differences can occur and are considered normal. For this reason, color variation is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Why are items made to order?

Each item is produced after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide range of camouflage patterns while reducing waste and overproduction.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes once production begins.
