We are a Utah-based company in the USA, established in 2016. Our partner facilities are in California and South Carolina, and we have additional manufacturing capabilities in Europe, Canada, Australia, and Mexico.
CAMO - Patterns
Our camouflage patterns are inspired by historical designs, but they often differ from the originals for several important reasons. While we aim to honor the heritage and functionality of classic camouflage, materials and manufacturing techniques may necessitate adjustments. For instance, updates in fabric technology, ink types, and printing processes can result in subtle color or pattern variations. Additionally, we may make intentional modifications to improve the design for specific environments or purposes. We are always open to your feedback.
CAMO - Pattern Scaling
Camouflage pattern scaling is crucial in delivering the desired visual effect and functionality, and it often presents challenges in consistency. The size and placement of the pattern can significantly impact how well it blends into different environments, whether for outdoor use, military applications, or fashion. A pattern that's too large or too small for its intended use can undermine its effectiveness or aesthetic appeal. Scaling variation can occur due to differences in the manufacturing process, such as varying fabric sizes, print equipment, or customer requests for specific dimensions.
CAMO - Color Variances
At our company, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and transparency about our products. One of the standout features of our print-on-demand clothing is the vibrancy of the colors, which often appear even brighter than in mockups. This is due to our use of sublimation printing, which allows dyes to bond with the fabric at a molecular level, resulting in rich, vivid hues that maintain their intensity even after washing. However, it’s important to note that the brightness can vary depending on the type of material used; for example, polyester fabrics typically yield more vivid colors than cotton. We believe in delivering quality clothing and a truly satisfying experience, so if you have any questions or need assistance, our dedicated team is here to help you every step of the way. Matching color variances in different camouflage prints can be particularly challenging due to several factors. First, the age of the material can cause colors to fade or shift, making it hard to replicate the original tones accurately. Additionally, lighting plays a critical role, as different light sources—natural sunlight, fluorescent, or incandescent—can alter how colors appear, complicating color-matching efforts. Furthermore, the quality of reference photos often varies, with poor resolution or inconsistent lighting affecting the true representation of the colors. Lastly, the printing process introduces variability, as different inks, fabrics, and techniques can result in subtle shifts in color, even when using the same design. PRODUCTS - About
Our partner has shipped over 80 million products using the same made-to-order, permanent print, high color, and no fade technologies available. Experts then cut and sew the printed fabric in one of our facilities.
PRODUCTS - Care instructions
Machine wash cold with similar colors; do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, and do not dry clean. We also recommend turning the products inside out for washing.
PRODUCTS - Do you stock inventory?
Each product is made especially for you when you place an order, so it takes us a few days to ship it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Our partners use the most advanced print-to-garment technologies in the world. The products are then cut and sewn by experts who have shipped millions of items with the standards of excellence we require.
PRODUCTS - Will you make BDUs or tactical clothing?
While we do have many field-worthy items, we do not currently have Battle Dress Uniforms (BDUs). We will continue to launch new products as they become available with our strategic partners.

DISCOUNTS - Wholesale
We offer a 20% discount on purchases over $500. The code must be applied to each order over $500 for it to work. Use the discount code wholesale at checkout. NOTE: There are no returns on wholesale orders unless there is a manufacturer defect.
SIZING - Correct sizing
When purchasing print-on-demand apparel, getting the correct size is crucial because each item is custom-made and often cannot be returned or exchanged due to size issues. Customers are encouraged to use the provided size charts and take accurate measurements of themselves before ordering. Each product may have different sizing details, so double-checking is important. If there are questions or uncertainties, We are available to assist with guidance on sizing to ensure you choose the best fit before placing an order.
SIZING - I ordered the wrong size
We offer you a 50% discount to get the correct size, as this normally helps most people get what they need. We do not allow returns for sizing, as this is a clothing item made to order, and we cannot resale it once it has been delivered.
SIZING - I received the wrong size
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled or the wrong size was sent. If that’s the case, We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged product. In such instances, Please file a claim by entering your Report ID HERE.
We will review the product(s) and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
SHIPPING - How fast will my order ship?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
SHIPPING - Lost packages
We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost during transit, please email us at david@camohq.com with your order number and any relevant details.
SHIPPING - Damaged products
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged product. In such instances, Please file a claim by entering your Report ID HERE.
We will review the product(s) and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
SHIPPING - Wrong address
If you would like to change your address, you must do so before the item is shipped. If the courier considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
SHIPPING - Unclaimed packages
Shipments that go unclaimed will normally be returned to our facility. Once we receive the package we will verify the address with you and reship it. You may be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
SHIPPING - International orders
We ship products to most countries worldwide. Please know that different countries have unique customs, rules, and regulations. The buyer will be responsible for communicating with customs and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
SHIPPING - Return shipping charges
We will always pay for the shipping costs for replacement items that are damaged or defective. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will email you a return label at our expense. If any other returns are authorized, the customer will be responsible for paying for the return at their local shipping carrier. Once the return is received and verified, a refund or replacement product will be issued.
ORDERS - How do I cancel my order?
Orders must be canceled before they go into production, as every item is made to order. You will have the option to cancel your order within your confirmation email. You may also contact us at david@camohq.com. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Please refer to our return policy for further instructions if your order has already been shipped.
ORDERS - Order tracking

You may receive multiple shipments from different locations. When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes, this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to look there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
