Where is CAMO HQ located?
We are a Utah-based company in the USA. Our partner production facilities are in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, and Spain, with partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.
How do I get the correct size?
For the most accurate fit, take your measurements and compare them directly to the chart provided. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel. Still unsure? Don’t hesitate to reach out—our team is always happy to help!

What’s your return policy?
Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns and/or size/color exchanges. If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we can reship the order.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact us at support@camohq.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Do you offer size or color exchanges?
Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns and/or size/color exchanges.
I received the wrong product, what to do?
if you’ve received the wrong product, you can contact us at support@camohq.com. Remember to attach pictures and a description of the issue.
Can I modify my order?
You can’t modify an order once it’s placed. Our products are made to order and produced right after the order is placed to ensure faster delivery. If you’ve changed your mind about the purchase, you can contact us at support@camohq.com. If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll be able to cancel your order.
I received damaged products, what should I do?
If products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. To report your problem, please you can contact us at support@camohq.com. Attach photos of the product received and a description of the issue.
I haven’t received my order, what to do?
If you haven’t received your order, report your problem by contacting us at support@camohq.com. Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
Do you offer tactical clothing?
Thanks for reaching out! While CAMOHQ specializes in camouflage apparel and unique camo patterns, we do not offer tactical clothing or gear at this time. Let us know if you’re looking for a specific camo style—we’re happy to help!
What are the product care instructions?
Machine wash cold with similar colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean. We also recommend turning the products inside out for washing.
Are the CAMO products the same color as historical items?
The camouflage patterns at CAMOHQ are high-quality reproductions based on original military designs. While exact color matching isn’t possible due to differences in vintage dyes, printing methods, and fabric aging, we use advanced all-over print (AOP) technology to ensure sharp details and closely matched colors. Our patterns are designed to honor the look of the originals while benefiting from modern materials and durability.
Do you have a retail location?
No, we are only online and do not have a retail store or a showroom.
