About CAMO HQ
Where are you located? Utah, USA (veteran-owned, est. 2016). We fulfill via partners in CA/SC, with additional sites in Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australia for global shipping.
How are products made? Every item is made to order: fabric is printed, then cut & sewn by professionals. This reduces waste and lets us offer many patterns and sizes.
CAMO HQ Loyalty Points
How do Loyalty Points work? Create an account, earn points on purchases and brand actions, and redeem at checkout.
How do I view or redeem my points? Click the Rewards icon (bottom corner), then choose a reward before checkout.
Do rewards stack with other discounts? No—rewards and promo codes don’t stack. The best eligible offer applies

Tiered pricing (auto-applied): 10% off $50+ • 15% off $100+ • 20% off $200+ • 25% off $500+
- Applies to merchandise subtotal; does not stack with other discounts.
- Some exclusions may apply; returns that drop you below a tier will adjust the refund.
Military/First Responders/Medical/Teachers: 15% off, use discount code VETERAN at checkout.
Find Your Gear Fast (Filters)
How to use filters: On desktop, use the left sidebar on collection pages. On mobile, tap Filter, choose options, then Apply.
What to filter by: Product Type → Pattern Type or Country → Fabric/Price/Size.
Pro tip: Combine filters (e.g., Product Type = Hockey Jerseys + Pattern Type = Brushstroke + Country = British). Use search for specifics (e.g., “Barvikha jersey”).
About CAMO Patterns
Do your patterns match the originals? Inspired by historical designs, slight differences happen due to modern fabrics/inks, print methods, and usability updates.
Why do colors vary? Sublimation is vibrant (especially on polyester). Exact matches across fabrics/batches aren’t guaranteed due to substrate, lighting, reference age/quality, and normal variance.
What about pattern scale? Scale may vary by product/fabric and print run to balance look and function.
Sizing & Fit
How do I pick a size? Use the size chart on each product page and compare to a similar item you own.
Can you recommend a size? We can’t reliably recommend sizes due to body shapes, preferences, and fabric variance—trust the chart and your garment measurements.
Fit tips:
- Performance jersey pieces: true to size (validated in-house).
- Hoodies: athletic/trimmer fit—size up for a roomier fit.
- Hawaiian/Button shirts: relaxed/boxy—size down for a trimmer fit.
- Between sizes? Consider sizing up.
First-Time Fit Credit: On your first apparel order, if the fit is off, we’ll issue 100% store credit for one garment so you can reorder the right size (a return may be required).
Orders
Change/cancel? Within 2 hours (before production). After that, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
Track my order? Use the tracking link emailed at shipment (check spam/promotions) or log in to your account. Some orders ship in multiple packages.
Shipping & Delivery
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, then ships. Typical transit times:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where Your Order Ships From: We route orders to the nearest partner facility for speed and reliability. Our network includes:

Returns, Exchanges & Issues
Misprint/defect/wrong item: Email support@camohq.com within 30 days with order # and clear photos (issue close-up, size tag, packing slip). We’ll remake or refund/credit.
Sizing/preference returns: Because items are made to order, we typically don’t accept returns for size or preference. If eligible, use First-Time Fit Credit. Otherwise, we may offer 50% store credit to reorder a better size (on a case-by-case basis).
Hygiene exceptions: No returns on swimwear, underwear, face coverings/neck gaiters, or personalized items.
Products & Care
Care: Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors. No bleach. Tumble low or line dry. Do not dry clean. Avoid harsh detergents/solvents.
BDUs/tactical uniforms? Not currently. We offer many field-worthy items (especially jersey products) and continue to expand.
