The CAMO HQ Loyalty Rewards Program is powered by Smile.io and is free to join. Members can earn points on eligible purchases and select activities, then redeem them for discount coupons on future qualifying CAMO HQ orders.

What is the CAMO HQ Loyalty Rewards Program?

The CAMO HQ Loyalty Rewards Program allows registered customers to earn points for eligible purchases and selected activities.

Points can be redeemed for available discount coupons, which may be applied to qualifying future purchases on camohq.com.

The program is offered by CAMO HQ and powered by Smile.io, which provides the technology for tracking activities, points, and reward redemptions.


Does it cost anything to join?

No. The CAMO HQ Loyalty Rewards Program is free to join.

Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the website and create a CAMO HQ customer account to begin participating.


How do I join the loyalty program?

Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the CAMO HQ website to open the Smile.io loyalty panel.

Select the option to join, create an account, or sign in. Use the same email address for your loyalty account and for future CAMO HQ purchases so that eligible order points can be linked to the correct account.


Where can I find the loyalty program?

The Smile.io loyalty panel is accessed through the Rewards icon located in the bottom-left corner of the CAMO HQ website.

Click the icon to:

  • Join the program
  • Sign in to your account
  • View your point balance
  • See available ways to earn
  • Review available rewards
  • Redeem points
  • Access issued reward coupons

How can I earn CAMO HQ loyalty points?

Current earning opportunities include:

The current earning rate and available activities shown in the Smile.io panel will control. Enhanced earnings rates may apply only during a promotion, a qualifying offer, or another eligible program activity.


How many points do I earn when I place an order?

The standard earning rate is generally 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise.

An enhanced earning rate of 5 points for every $1 spent may also appear as a qualifying promotional or program offer. The earning rate displayed in the Smile.io loyalty panel at the time of purchase will apply.


What purchases earn points?

Eligible merchandise purchased through camohq.com may earn loyalty points when the order is associated with your loyalty account.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs fees, canceled products, refunded products, gift-card purchases, and other excluded charges may not earn points.

The final number of points awarded is determined by the current Smile.io program settings and the eligible merchandise value of the completed order.


Do I need to sign in before placing an order?

For the best results, sign in to your CAMO HQ customer account before completing your purchase.

Use the same email address connected to your loyalty account so Smile.io can associate eligible purchase activity with the correct member.


When will points from my order appear?

Order points may appear after the purchase has been processed, paid, or completed.

In some cases, points may remain pending while an order is reviewed, fulfilled, or passes an applicable cancellation or refund period.

Please allow reasonable processing time before contacting CAMO HQ about missing points.


Can I earn points for creating an account?

Yes. Eligible new members can earn 200 points for signing up and creating a CAMO HQ loyalty account.

The signup reward is generally limited to one award per customer.


Can I earn points by sharing CAMO HQ on Facebook?

Yes. Eligible members can earn 50 points by completing the Facebook-sharing activity through the Smile.io rewards panel.

The activity should be opened and completed through the Rewards icon so Smile.io can track it properly.


Can I earn points by liking CAMO HQ on Facebook?

Yes. Eligible members can earn 50 points by completing the Facebook-like activity through the Smile.io loyalty panel.

Tracking and verification may depend on Facebook and Smile.io functionality.


Can I earn points by following CAMO HQ on Instagram?

Yes. Eligible members can earn 50 points by completing the Instagram follow activity in the Rewards panel.

Open the activity via the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the website to ensure it is recorded properly.


Can I earn points for writing a product review?

Yes. Customers may earn 100 points for submitting an eligible product review.

The review must meet the requirements of the CAMO HQ review and loyalty systems. Duplicate, fraudulent, unrelated, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible reviews may not receive points.

Points are awarded for submitting an eligible review, not for leaving a positive rating. Honest customer feedback is welcome.


Do I earn points for every product review?

Review rewards may be subject to purchase verification, activity limits, approved review requests, and other requirements of Smile.io or the review platform.

The review request and loyalty panel will determine whether a particular review is eligible for points.


Can I earn birthday points?

Yes. Loyalty members can earn 200 points for celebrating a birthday.

You must enter your birthday through the Smile.io loyalty panel. Smile.io may require the date to be entered a certain number of days before your birthday before the reward can be issued.

Birthday points are normally awarded once per year.


How do I enter my birthday?

Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the CAMO HQ website, sign in, and select the birthday earning activity.

Enter your birthday accurately. Birthday information may be subject to Smile.io timing and eligibility requirements.


Can I earn signup or social rewards more than once?

Most signup and social activities are limited to one reward per eligible customer account unless the Smile.io panel states otherwise.

Creating duplicate accounts or repeatedly attempting the same activity does not guarantee additional points.


How can I redeem my points?

Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the CAMO HQ website and sign in to your account.

Open the reward section, select an available coupon, and confirm the redemption. Smile.io will deduct the required points and issue a reward code.

Current redemption options include:

What loyalty rewards are currently available?

  • 500 points: $5 off coupon
  • 1,000 points: $10 off coupon

Reward options and point requirements may change. The current rewards displayed in the Smile.io panel will control.


Where can I find a coupon after redeeming points?

Your issued reward code should appear inside your Smile.io loyalty account or rewards panel.

Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the website, sign in, and review your available or previously redeemed rewards.

You may also receive the code by email, depending on your account and notification settings.


How do I use a loyalty reward coupon?

Copy the issued reward code and enter it in the discount-code field during checkout.

Select Apply and confirm that the discount appears in the order summary before submitting payment.


Can I use more than one loyalty coupon on an order?

Generally, only one loyalty reward or discount code can be used per order unless Shopify checkout specifically permits combining offers.

Customers should expect to use one loyalty coupon at a time.


Can loyalty rewards be combined with other discounts?

Loyalty rewards generally cannot be combined with other promotional, veteran, wholesale, or percentage-off discount codes unless Shopify checkout specifically permits the combination.

This may include:

  • The VETERAN discount
  • Wholesale discount codes
  • Limited-time promotional codes
  • Automatic discounts
  • Other loyalty reward coupons

Use the eligible offer that provides the best value for your order.


Can I combine a loyalty reward with the veteran discount?

Generally, no. The CAMO HQ veteran and first-responder discount and Smile.io loyalty reward coupons normally cannot be combined unless Shopify checkout specifically allows it.

The ongoing service discount uses code VETERAN, while loyalty rewards use a separate code issued through Smile.io.


Can I combine loyalty rewards with wholesale discounts?

Generally, no. Smile.io loyalty coupons and CAMO HQ wholesale discount codes normally cannot be combined.

Current wholesale codes include:

  • WHOLESALE20: 20% off qualifying orders of $500 or more
  • WHOLESALE25: 25% off qualifying orders of $1,000 or more

Use the eligible discount that provides the greatest benefit for your order.


Can a loyalty reward be applied after an order is placed?

No. Loyalty reward codes must generally be entered and applied before checkout is completed.

CAMO HQ cannot guarantee that a reward can be added retroactively after an order has been submitted.


Do loyalty coupons apply to shipping and taxes?

Unless the reward terms specifically state otherwise, loyalty coupons apply only to eligible merchandise.

Shipping, taxes, customs duties, import charges, brokerage fees, and other non-merchandise charges may not be discounted.


Do loyalty rewards have a minimum purchase requirement?

Some rewards may have minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other restrictions.

Review the terms displayed in the Smile.io panel and during checkout before redeeming or using a coupon.


Do loyalty points expire?

Point expiration and account-inactivity rules are governed by the current CAMO HQ Smile.io program settings.

Review your loyalty account and reward terms for current expiration information. CAMO HQ may update program rules in the future.


Do redeemed reward coupons expire?

A redeemed coupon may have an expiration date or other usage restrictions.

Review the reward details when the coupon is issued and use it before any stated expiration date.


Can redeemed points be returned to my account?

Once points are redeemed for a coupon, they generally cannot be returned automatically to the loyalty account.

Contact CAMO HQ if a technical problem prevented a valid, unused reward from functioning. Any adjustment will be reviewed individually and is not guaranteed.


What happens to my points if an order is canceled or refunded?

Points earned from a canceled, refunded, disputed, or reversed purchase may be removed from the loyalty account.

If a reward coupon was used on an order that is later canceled or refunded, the coupon or redeemed points may not automatically be restored.


Can I transfer points to another customer?

No. Loyalty points and rewards are connected to the customer account that earned them.

Points generally cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, gifted, or combined with another customer’s account.


Can two customer accounts be combined?

Customer accounts and loyalty point balances are not normally combined automatically.

Use a single email address for your CAMO HQ account and purchases to avoid splitting points across multiple accounts.


Why are my order points missing?

Points may be missing because:

  • A different email address was used for the order
  • You were not signed in to the correct account
  • The order has not finished processing
  • The purchase was not eligible
  • The order was canceled or refunded
  • The order is still pending review
  • There is a temporary synchronization delay

Allow reasonable processing time. If the points still do not appear, contact CAMO HQ with your name, loyalty-account email address, and order number.


Why did I not receive points for a social-media activity?

Social activities normally need to be opened and completed through the Smile.io rewards panel so the activity can be tracked.

Points may not be awarded if the activity was completed outside the rewards link or if the social-media platform prevented Smile.io from verifying it.


Why did I not receive product-review points?

A review may not qualify when it was not submitted through an eligible review request, could not be connected to a verified purchase, duplicated a previous review, or failed to meet review-program requirements.

Allow time for the review and reward systems to process the activity before contacting CAMO HQ.


How do I check my point balance?

Click the Rewards icon in the bottom-left corner of the CAMO HQ website and sign in using the email address associated with your loyalty account.

Your available points, earning activities, reward options, and issued coupons will appear inside the Smile.io panel.


Do loyalty points have cash value?

No. Loyalty points and reward coupons have no cash value.

They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used outside CAMO HQ.


Can CAMO HQ change the loyalty program?

Yes. CAMO HQ may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue earning activities, earning rates, reward values, point requirements, expiration rules, or other loyalty program terms.

The current terms displayed in the Smile.io loyalty panel will govern the program at that time.


Is the loyalty program operated by CAMO HQ or Smile.io?

The rewards program is offered by CAMO HQ and powered by Smile.io.

Smile.io provides the technology for recording eligible activities, maintaining point balances, and issuing reward coupons.
