We have the most extensive camouflage pattern collection in the world, and provide camouflage street, gym and some field apparel. We have a few strategic partners that help us provide made to order products using direct to garment printing, and the latest hand cut and sew techniques available. Our partner has shipped over 50 million items. We are very selective, and are launching new products and camouflage patterns often.  We will continue to look for more products that meet our standards of excellence, delivery timeframes and quality. 

Our camouflage patterns here are created or sourced by our staff at CAMO HQ and are INSPIRED by historical patterns. Color matching and scaling of the patterns are close to the original patterns, but they will vary depending on copyrights, the material printed on and the lighting conditions when worn.

We are ALWAYS open to feedback, and have modified many patterns based on our customers experience.

All of our products fit to most United States sizing standards. If you prefer clothing a little more loose then go up a size. 

There are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind when you want to find the perfect fit. From measurements to the choice of fabric, they all make a difference in getting the right size. Following these tips below can help you get the correct size.

1. Measure yourself - Getting your measurements is the key to a good fit.
2. Review the product videos if available.
3. Use a size guides ALWAYS.
4. Actually read the customer reviews.
5. Look at positive and negative reviews.
6. Consider the material used or Fabric Type.
7. When in doubt, size up.
8. Know the return or exchange policy.

Our products are made to order using the latest in direct print to garment technologies. Clothing is then cut and sewn by hand. Our partner has delivered over 50 million items using these methods.

Most of our items are made and shipped from the United States (California and South Carolina). To better serve our international customers we also have fulfillment centers in Europe, Australia, Canada, and Mexico. if an item comes from another location it will state that in the description

We ship FAST and WORLDWIDE

Orders usually take about 1-5 days to fulfill. Every order is verified and then the products are made specifically for that order. This process reduces waste and gives us the flexibility to carry such a large variety of camouflage patterns and products.

Machine-wash in cold with garment inside-out

Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Do not bleach. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

Our apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print.

Shrinking the garment can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Refunds

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos with the product(s) laid out on a flat surface and take a birds-eye photo. Please also take close up photos of the issue or damage for us to review. We will send a shipping label via email at our expense.

Exchanges

Once the order has been shipped we do not offer exchanges as each item is made to order unless there is a manufacturer defect, then we will exchange and also pay for return shipping as needed.

Sizing Issues

We can offer you a 40% discount to get the correct size as this normally helps most people get what they need. We do not allow returns for sizing as this is a clothing made to order item and we cannot resale it once it has been delivered. We lose a little money on this, but this is how we can best support the sizing issues since each item is made to order and we do not stock inventory because of the large number of camouflage patterns we have.

Wrong Size Received

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled or the wrong size was sent. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. If the item is labeled the correct size, but the product does not fit to the posted sizing information then: Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item laid out on a flat surface with a tape measure laid out across the shoulders and another photo of the length. Once we receive the return and verify the sizing issue we will send you a new one in the correct size at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Return Shipping

If the item has a manufacturing defect we will pay for it to be returned. If any other returns are authorized it will be responsibility of the customer to pay for that return. For replacement items CAMO HQ will always pay for the shipping costs.
