My son has been begging for this jacket for over a year, ans is happy with it which is why I gave it another star than I eanted to. For the price I thought it would have been more of a heavier material. It is basically a thin sweatshirt material with a zipper. You are paying for the look/camo print ... NOT for an insulated or even wind proof jacket. It was perfect for his costume, but had to dress in layers for Halloween in Colorado, (if in California it is perfect).
