    Body measurement guide

    This size guide shows body measurements. We suggest ordering a size down when your measurements are between sizes.

    For all horizontal measurements, please keep the tape measure parallel to the ground.

    A Chest

    Put one end of the tape measure on the fullest part of the chest and bring the tape around the back (under the armpits, over the shoulder blades) to where you started.

    B Waist

    Place the tape on the narrowest part of the waist and measure around.

    C Hips

    Put the beginning of the tape measure on one hip and bring the tape across the fullest part of the hips back to where you started measuring.

    GREAT SHIRT AND GREAT CAMO PATTERN

    I'm 5'10" and 175-180 lbs, athletic build.
    Sizing was my biggest concern with buying these long sleeve rash guard shirts. My first order was a practice run and I bought 1 shirt as a medium. That shirt was a tight fit at my height/weight. I can pull it off, but I it's snug. So my next order I ordered large instead and that's a much better fit. Mind you, these are naturally tight fitting athletic forming shirts, so if you don't like those type of shirts, then you may not like how these wear on you.

    The material is great. Thick, but not too thick. Good for hot weather. I'm in hot Arizona with dry heat above 100, and these work great for that environment. When you first put it on, it feels hot, but after you sweat yuo actually become cooler. No joke. The long sleeve will protect you form the sun SPF50+ and from touching hot surfaces. These shirts have EXCELLENT stretch to them. Probably the best part of them for material. The stitching is strong and I assume these will last a long time. I have no worries about that. Just follow the cleaning instructions.

    Now the camo pattern, Awesome! I am extremely happy that I found this website to fulfill my camo addiction because camo is my favorite color, and all of them. My only complaint with the camo is the stitching doesn't match all patterns. For instance, if the camo pattern is a lighter color, the stitching is black but I would prefer white to blend better. But it's nothing horrible.

    I highly recommend these shirts and I am definitely buying more.
