Most CAMO HQ products are made to order and normally require approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Production time does not include shipping transit time and may occasionally increase during holidays, high-order-volume periods, temporary production backlogs, staffing limitations, equipment maintenance, quality-control reviews, or delays affecting a specific product or fulfillment location.

Care Instructions

For most CAMO HQ apparel, machine wash cold with similar colors using mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Wash inside out when possible and do not iron directly over printed areas. Proper care helps preserve the fabric, color, print quality, and garment shape.

Returns & Product Issues

We will always review and resolve qualifying issues involving damaged products, manufacturing defects, printing errors, or incorrect items when reported within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by clear photographs. Most products remain final sale because they are made to order. However, CAMO HQ offers limited first-order sizing assistance and may approve returns of eligible unworn items at its discretion, subject to return shipping and a restocking fee.
