Great design but binds under the arms

My medium fits true to size through the body, the length borderline too long for my 5/6" height. However, when I bring both arms forward, say to grab the handle bars of a bike or present in a shooting stance, it binds quite a bit under the arms. A small tweak in the cut under the arms would make this a winner.
