Why are CAMO HQ products made to order?
Most CAMO HQ products are produced after your order is placed.
This made-to-order model allows us to offer a very large selection of camouflage patterns, colors, products, and sizes while reducing excess inventory, overproduction, and unnecessary waste.
Because items are not always kept in finished inventory, production time is required before shipment.
What are your normal production times?
Most CAMO HQ products require approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Certain specialty, embroidered, all-over print, cut-and-sew, or high-volume products may require additional time.
Are there currently any fulfillment delays?
Normal production time for most CAMO HQ products is approximately 3–7 business days.
Due to a temporary surge in demand and limited production capacity, some all-over print products fulfilled from our Latvia facility may currently require approximately 7–9 business days for production.
This temporary delay applies only to qualifying all-over print products produced in Latvia and does not include shipping transit time.
Production times are expected to return to normal as capacity improves and order volume stabilizes.
What is an all-over print product?
An all-over print product is made by printing the camouflage design across larger sections of fabric before the item is cut and sewn.
This method allows the pattern to cover most or all of the garment, including areas such as the front, back, sleeves, and hood.
All-over print products often require more production time than standard garments because the fabric must be printed, cut, sewn, inspected, and packaged after the order is placed.
When does production begin?
Orders may enter production shortly after payment is confirmed.
Once production begins, the item may already be queued, printed, cut, sewn, embroidered, or prepared for fulfillment.
Because production can begin quickly, order changes and cancellations are not always possible.
Why has my order not shipped yet?
Most CAMO HQ products must first complete the normal production process before tracking is issued.
Your order may remain in production for several business days while the item is printed, cut, sewn, embroidered, inspected, or packaged.
A lack of tracking during the normal production period does not mean your order has been forgotten or lost.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Contact CAMO HQ as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
We may be able to help if production has not yet begun, but changes are not guaranteed.
Once production starts, changes to the product, size, color, pattern, quantity, or shipping details are generally no longer possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
Because most products are made to order and can enter production quickly, cancellations are generally not possible after production begins.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.
Can production be expedited?
Production cannot usually be expedited.
Made-to-order products must complete the required printing, cutting, sewing, embroidery, inspection, and packaging process before shipment.
Express shipping, when available, affects only transit time after production and does not shorten the production process.
Where are CAMO HQ products made?
CAMO HQ products are manufactured through a network of trusted production and fulfillment partners located primarily in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Asia.
The country of manufacture or fulfillment may vary depending on the product type, size, color, production availability, and shipping destination.
Many European and international all-over print products are fulfilled from Latvia.
Why are different products made in different locations?
Different production facilities specialize in different products, fabrics, printing methods, and manufacturing processes.
Using multiple fulfillment locations allows CAMO HQ to offer a broader selection of products and may help reduce shipping distance for some customers.
The fulfillment location is determined by product availability, production capability, order destination, and partner capacity.
Why did my order enter production at more than one facility?
An order may contain products that are manufactured by different production partners or at different facilities.
For example, a shirt, hat, bag, and blanket may each require a different production method or fulfillment location.
When this happens, the items may be produced and shipped separately.
Why did my order ship in multiple packages?
Orders containing products from different production facilities may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.
You may receive more than one shipping confirmation email or tracking number.
This is normal and does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.
What does “in production” mean?
“In production” means that your order has been sent to a fulfillment facility and is being prepared.
Depending on the product, this may include:
- Printing the design
- Cutting fabric panels
- Sewing the garment
- Embroidering the product
- Applying labels
- Inspecting the finished item
- Packaging the order for shipment
What does “fulfilled” mean?
“Fulfilled” normally means that the order, or part of the order, has completed production and has been prepared for shipment.
A tracking number is usually issued when the shipping label is created or when the carrier accepts the package.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
Can product specifications change?
Yes. Production partners may occasionally update fabrics, garment construction, sizing, labels, available colors, or manufacturing details.
CAMO HQ works to keep product pages accurate, but minor specification changes may occur without advance notice.
When a major product change occurs, we make reasonable efforts to update the product listing.
Why did a product, size, or color become unavailable?
Products, colors, and sizes may become unavailable because of supplier inventory, production limitations, manufacturing changes, or product discontinuation.
Some unavailable items may return later, while others may be permanently discontinued.
Availability can vary by fulfillment location and destination country.
Can I be notified when a product becomes available again?
When a restock-notification option is available on the product page, you may enter your email address to receive an update.
Because many CAMO HQ products are made to order, an unavailable item may be discontinued rather than temporarily out of stock.
Does made-to-order production reduce waste?
Yes. Producing items after they are purchased helps reduce excess inventory, overproduction, warehouse storage, and the disposal of unsold products.
This model also allows CAMO HQ to offer a much larger selection of camouflage patterns without manufacturing every product in advance.
Are production times guaranteed?
No. Production times are estimates and may vary because of order volume, product type, staffing, equipment maintenance, quality-control review, holidays, or temporary manufacturing delays.
CAMO HQ cannot guarantee that an item will complete production by a specific date.
Customers purchasing for a trip, event, reunion, holiday, or other deadline should order well in advance.
Can you guarantee delivery for a specific date?
No. Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
CAMO HQ cannot accept responsibility for missed events caused by production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information.
Please allow extra time when ordering for a deadline or special event.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
