What payment methods do you accept?

CAMO HQ accepts most major payment methods, including:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Available payment options may vary depending on your country, device, browser, and checkout location.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. CAMO HQ uses secure, encrypted payment processing through Shopify and trusted payment providers.

CAMO HQ does not store your complete credit card information on its servers.


When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is normally authorized or collected when your order is submitted through checkout.

Most CAMO HQ products are made to order, so production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.


Why was my payment declined?

A payment may be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect card information
  • An incorrect billing address
  • Insufficient available funds
  • A bank security restriction
  • An expired card
  • An unsupported payment method
  • A temporary payment-provider issue

Verify your payment and billing information, then try again. If the payment continues to fail, contact your bank or payment provider.


Why do I see a pending charge after an unsuccessful order attempt?

A bank may temporarily display a pending authorization after an attempted payment, even when the order was not completed.

Pending authorizations are controlled by the bank or payment provider and usually disappear automatically according to the institution’s processing schedule.

Contact your bank if a pending authorization remains longer than expected.


How do I know whether my order was successfully placed?

After a successful order, you should see an order-confirmation page and receive an email confirmation at the address entered during checkout.

If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address was entered correctly.

Do not place a second order unless you have confirmed that the first order was unsuccessful.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact CAMO HQ as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Because most items are made to order and may enter production quickly, changes are not guaranteed. Once production begins, changes to the product, size, color, camouflage pattern, quantity, or other order details are generally no longer possible.


Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Because most CAMO HQ products are made to order and can enter production quickly, cancellations are generally not possible after production begins.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact CAMO HQ immediately with your order number and the complete corrected address.

If the order has not entered shipment, we will do our best to update the address. Address changes are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Once an order ships, CAMO HQ generally cannot change the delivery address.


Am I responsible for entering the correct address?

Yes. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please verify the street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, and country before submitting your order.

CAMO HQ cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages delivered according to the address provided with the order.


Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes. CAMO HQ offers occasional sales, limited-time promotional codes, wholesale discounts, loyalty rewards, and special savings for eligible service members and first responders.

Promotion terms, eligibility requirements, minimum purchases, expiration dates, and product restrictions may vary.

Current promotions are normally displayed on the CAMO HQ website, in promotional emails, or during checkout.


Do you offer a veteran or first-responder discount?

Yes. CAMO HQ offers an ongoing 15% discount for veterans, active-duty military members, police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel.

Use code VETERAN at checkout.

The discount applies to eligible products and generally cannot be combined with other promotional codes, wholesale discounts, or loyalty rewards unless specifically stated.


Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Yes. CAMO HQ offers automatic wholesale savings on qualifying orders.

  • Use code WHOLESALE20 for 20% off orders of $500 or more.
  • Use code WHOLESALE25 for 25% off orders of $1,000 or more.

Wholesale discounts apply to eligible merchandise before shipping and taxes and generally cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.


Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes. CAMO HQ offers customer rewards through the Smile loyalty program.

Customers can create an account and earn points on eligible purchases and other qualifying activities. Points may then be redeemed for available rewards or discount codes.

Current earning opportunities, point balances, reward values, and redemption requirements are shown in the loyalty panel on the CAMO HQ website.


How do I join the CAMO HQ loyalty program?

Open the rewards or loyalty panel on the CAMO HQ website and create or sign in to your customer account.

Once signed in, you can review available ways to earn points, your current point balance, and eligible rewards.


Can loyalty rewards be combined with other discounts?

Promotional, loyalty, wholesale, and service-member discounts generally cannot be combined unless the specific offer states otherwise.

Shopify will determine whether the selected discounts are eligible to work together during checkout.


Can I use more than one discount code?

Usually not. Shopify may limit whether multiple discount codes can be combined.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, automatic discounts, wholesale savings, veteran discounts, or loyalty rewards.


Why did my discount code not work?

A discount code may not work because:

  • The code has expired
  • The code was entered incorrectly
  • The minimum purchase requirement was not met
  • The code applies only to certain products
  • The code has already been used
  • The customer or order is not eligible
  • The discount cannot be combined with another promotion
  • The order does not meet geographic or currency requirements

Review the promotion terms and confirm that the code appears in the order summary before completing checkout.


Where do I enter a discount code?

Enter the discount code in the designated discount-code field during checkout and select Apply.

Confirm that the discount appears in the order summary before submitting payment.


Can you add a discount after I place my order?

Discounts must generally be entered and applied before checkout is completed.

CAMO HQ cannot guarantee that a promotion, loyalty reward, veteran discount, or wholesale code can be added retroactively after an order has been placed.


Do you offer free shipping?

CAMO HQ occasionally offers free shipping during special promotions or limited-time sales.

Free shipping is not always available and may require a minimum purchase amount, an eligible shipping destination, or a promotional code.

Current free-shipping offers and requirements will be displayed on the website or during checkout.


Does a discount apply to shipping and taxes?

Unless the promotion specifically states otherwise, percentage and merchandise discounts generally apply only to eligible products.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other charges may not be included in the discount.


Why did the order total change at checkout?

The final order total may change after shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or location-based fees are calculated.

Review the complete order summary before submitting payment.


Are taxes included in product prices?

Applicable sales tax or similar taxes may be calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and local requirements.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local delivery fees that are not collected by CAMO HQ.


How does CAMO HQ store credit work?

Store credit is generally linked to the customer account or email address associated with the original order.

Available credit may be applied to an eligible future purchase during checkout.

Store credit has no cash value and generally cannot be transferred to another customer, redeemed for cash, or used outside CAMO HQ.


Can store credit be combined with a discount code?

Whether store credit can be used with a promotional code depends on Shopify checkout rules and the terms of the specific promotion.

If both are eligible, the available options will appear during checkout.


Do you sell gift cards?

When available, CAMO HQ gift cards are delivered electronically and can be used toward eligible purchases on the CAMO HQ website.

Gift-card availability, denominations, expiration terms, and restrictions are shown on the applicable gift-card product page.


How do I use a gift card?

Enter the gift-card code in the appropriate field during checkout.

If the order total exceeds the gift-card balance, you may be asked to provide an additional payment method for the remaining amount.


Do gift cards expire?

Any expiration date or usage restrictions will be stated in the gift-card terms and will comply with applicable law.


Can I purchase products as a gift?

Yes. You may place an order using the recipient’s shipping address.

Please verify the address carefully before submitting the order. CAMO HQ does not generally include pricing information inside the shipment, but packaging and fulfillment details may vary by production partner.


Can I place a bulk order for a team or organization?

Yes. Bulk-order opportunities may be available for teams, clubs, events, retailers, military groups, first-responder organizations, and other customers.

For qualifying orders, the wholesale discount codes may be used:

  • WHOLESALE20: 20% off orders of $500 or more
  • WHOLESALE25: 25% off orders of $1,000 or more

For large or specialized requests, contact CAMO HQ before ordering with the products, quantities, sizes, destination, and required delivery date.


Can CAMO HQ guarantee delivery by a specific date?

No. Production and shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers ordering for a trip, reunion, holiday, tournament, ceremony, or other deadline should place their order well in advance.

CAMO HQ cannot accept responsibility for missed events caused by production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information.
