Collection: South Vietnamese ARVN Duck Hunter Beo Gam CAMO

The ARVN Duck Hunter Beo Gam CAMO is inspired by the Beo Gam ("Leopard") camouflage, a distinct variation of the Duck Hunter pattern used by the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) during the Vietnam War. This pattern, featuring irregular green, brown, and tan blotches, was optimized for jungle and tropical environments, providing effective concealment in Vietnam’s dense foliage. The Beo Gam variation of Duck Hunter was primarily issued to ARVN Rangers, Special Forces, and airborne units, as well as select South Vietnamese police and paramilitary forces engaged in counterinsurgency operations. While the ARVN Beo Gam pattern faded from use after the fall of South Vietnam in 1975, its influence can still be seen in various hunting and military surplus designs. The ARVN Duck Hunter Beo Gam CAMO available through CAMO HQ takes inspiration from this historically significant jungle warfare camouflage, preserving its battle-proven aesthetic while adapting it for commercial and non-military applications.
