The Swedish M90 Urban CAMO is inspired by a hypothetical urban adaptation of the M90 camouflage pattern, designed for use in city environments, industrial zones, and modern combat settings. While Swedish Armed Forces (Försvarsmakten) have primarily issued woodland, desert, and snow variants of M90, experimental urban patterns have been explored for law enforcement, counterterrorism, and military police units. This version retains the distinct angular and geometric design of M90 but features a grayscale palette of black, gray, and white tones, optimized for blending into concrete-heavy cityscapes and low-light environments. Similar urban camouflage patterns have been tested by military and police forces in Scandinavia, Europe, and NATO countries, where specialized units require concealment in densely populated areas.
