Location

We are a veteran owned company established in 2016, and located in Utah USA. Our product facilities are located in California and South Carolina with additional manufacturing capabilities in Europe, Canada, Australia and Mexico.

Gift Cards

Common Gift Card Questions:

Can a gift card be used more than once? Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card? No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes? Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code? Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Can gift cards be reloaded? No, you can't reload a gift card.

How do customers check the card balance? Contact us at CAMO HQ and we will check the balance and send the information to you.

Can I customize the gift card redemption code? No, the 16-character redemption codes are randomized and printed by the gift card manufacturer.

Why can't I see the full gift card code after I issue the card? Gift card codes are considered currency, so only the customer can see the full gift card code.

Do gift cards expire? They are good for three (3) years.

Sizing

For the correct size refer to the size charts and use a tape measure. If you are within a couple of inches please consider going a size up.

NOTE: We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues unless there is a manufacturing error, then we will replace the item at our expense (no return is needed).

If you ordered the wrong size then we offer a 40% credit on a replacement item, and you keep the original.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold with similar colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean. We also recommend turning the products inside out for washing.

Manufacturing

Our product facilities are located in California and South Carolina with additional manufacturing capabilities in Europe, Canada, Australia and Mexico. A few of our products we offer come from China after having vetted the partner there for quality, reliability and speed of delivery. Most however come from the USA. As you look at the product you will see those that are made in the USA and the few that come from China.

Wholesale

For purchases over $500 we offer a 25% discount. Each order will need to be over $500 for the code to work. Use the discount code wholesale at checkout.

IMPORTANTPlease buy individual samples prior to buying in bulk to verify you like the color, pattern and quality.

Camouflage Patterns

Our camouflage patterns here are created or sourced by our staff at CAMO HQ. They represent patterns similar and inspired by military camouflage from around the globe. Color matching and scaling of the pattern are close to original patterns, but they will vary depending on copyrights, the material printed on, and the lighting conditions when worn. We are ALWAYS open to feedback and have modified many patterns based on our customers feedback. We do not accept returns for variances in the camouflage coloring or pattern, as compared to military issue or like items purchased elsewhere.

Products

We provide camouflage street, gym and some field apparel. We have a few strategic partners that help us provide made to order products using direct to garment printing, and the latest hand cut and sew techniques available. Our partner has shipped over 50 million items. We are very selective, and are launching new products and camouflage patterns often.  We will continue to look for more products that meet our standards of excellence, delivery timeframes and quality. 

Inventory

Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a few days to ship your order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!. Our partners use the most advanced print to garment technologies on the world. The products are then cut and sewn by experts who have shipped millions of items with the standards of excellence we require at CAMO HQ.

Tactical Clothing

We do not make BDUs at this time. We have many field worthy items, especially the mesh base products. We will launch other new products as they become available with our strategic partners. Our model is we make your item once you order it. With the amount of camouflage patterns we offer it would not be feasible to carry inventory in large numbers for each color and size making it more unlikely to have traditional military uniforms.

International Shipping

We can ship products to most countries around the world. Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

Shipping Restrictions

All shoes, Women’s Cropped Windbreaker, Men’s Windbreaker, Crossbody Bag, and Unisex Track Pants: Because these items ship from China they are currently ONLY available in the following countries: 

United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Japan, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Spain (except for Ibiza), Sweden, and Turkey.

If your shipping address is outside these countries, please choose a different product.

Shipping Timeframes

We typically ship in 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). And you should receive your order in 7-15 business days (Mon-Fri). 

Order Never Arrived

Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!   If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours! If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order. If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.   

Order Tracking

You may receive multiple shipments from different locations. When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long. You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

Secure Ordering

We are built on Shopify which is the leading online shopping solution. The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council created this standard to protect cardholder data used for online payments. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, meeting all six categories of PCI standards: Maintain a secure network. Maintain a vulnerability management program.

Exchanges or Returns

If there is a defect in your product we will pay for a new one to be sent to you. You will be required to take photos of the product for our review. You will need to lay the product on a flat surface and take a photo of the entire product overview. We will also need a closeup photo of the issue.

If there is not issue with the quality of the product we do not offer exchanges as each item is made to order and we do not stock inventory.
