Product Return Policy

Refunds

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos with the product(s) laid out on a flat surface and take a birds-eye photo. Please also take close up photos of the issue or damage for us to review. We will send a shipping label via email at our expense.

Exchanges

Once the order has been shipped we do not offer exchanges as each item is made to order unless there is a manufacturer defect, then we will exchange and also pay for return shipping as needed.

Sizing Issues

We can offer you a 40% discount to get the correct size as this normally helps most people get what they need. We do not allow returns for sizing as this is a clothing made to order item and we cannot resale it once it has been delivered. We lose a little money on this, but this is how we can best support the sizing issues since each item is made to order and we do not stock inventory because of the large number of camouflage patterns we have.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@camohq.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item laid out on a flat surface with a tape measure laid out across the shoulders and another photo of the length. Once we receive the return and verify the sizing issue we will send you a new one in the correct size at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Return Shipping

If the item has a manufacturing defect we will pay for it to be returned. If any other returns are authorized it will be responsibility of the customer to pay for that return. For replacement items CAMO HQ will always pay for the shipping costs.
