A third "leaf" pattern, adopted in the late 1960s, saw very limited use on an experimental paratrooper uniform. The same pattern, printed on different types of material (thus having a different appearance), was also used on the 67M összfegyvernemi védőkészlet (1967 pattern "all arms" gas protection suit) and the Könnyű gázvédőruha (light gas protective suit), as well as on vehicle tarpaulins.
